War.

War.
Wars, Wars are basicly started over three things. Any combination of which will start a war.
Religion
Resources
Rebellion
Religion: I'll be honest, though religion has its positive sides, its done more negative then good. No religion is better for our economic stability. Roots and traditions are also positive, but can result in mis-communication.
Resources: You have something I want. So I'll shoot you for it. Now, these are grown men and women who are governing countries. You'd think they'd have learned to share and trade lunches in the sandbox about now.
Rebellion: We no longer want your government, so we will instill our own. Simple; make the people happy, and they won't get pissed off at you.
Another aspect of war, is now what the world is facing.
Terrorism.
This is a much disputed topic, on television, webforums, over radio. But theres one common problem I see. "Terrorists are cold hearted murderers, unafraid to strap a bomb to themselves and blow things up." This is the common view of a terrorist.
Terrorists are people. Like all people they can be manipulated. If someone is raised at birth, to hate something, and that something invades them, they will fight it.You'd do it too, don't lie. Its part of rebellion.
Common terrorism is middle-east versus west. Many Islamic leaders, Moslim leaders, and other middle-eastern religions, hate the american way. Its simply not what they want. Its part of religion.
The west want the mid-east's resources. Self explanitory.
Some factions of middle-eastern people do not approve of the west's mining or taking their resources, thus parts of their land, from them.
To be blunt, "us" I use the term "us" loosely, the west, are arrogant, and want everyone to be like us. Simply put, if they aren't christian, born in texas, raised as a football player, married their high school sweetheart, fought in a major war and survived, and have a high paying job. Westerners don't really care.
Another thing we learned in the sandbox, See little jimmy? He doesent want you around. So leave him the hell alone, and he won't blow you, himself, and half the sandbox up.
This is also the most common recipe for war.
The war against terrorism is simply the crusades, in another time, over something even more stupid.
